Ok, so this is The Doctor as in from Doctor Who and yes, it is indeed David Tennant.

Toilet paper for blending
Kneedable eraser
I would like to note the wonderful artist naturalshocks as I used her drawing of the doctor as inspiration and I probably relied on her drawing too much as reference for the shading, though I was using the original image too.
Thank you for the advice and for letting me use your wonderful artwork as a reference.
